The injury reports for Texas A&M and Missouri could not have looked more different coming into their huge game this morning, but it's looking more and more like that was all for show. The Aggies were down Terry Bussey (who is out for the season) and Blake Ivy, with Mario Craver listed as questionable, but it was the laundry list of players on Missouri's side that caught the eye of fans.
The Tigers had listed as questionable players like star OL Cayden Green, starting S Santana Banner, and star Auburn transfer LB Robert Woodyard— in all, three of their top four tacklers on defense, as well as a remarkable number of offensive weapons.
However, as game time has drawn nearer this morning, it looks like all of the hubbub around Missouri's potential missing players is possibly for naught. Reporting is emerging that some of the big time players for the Tigers that were listed as questionable in this game are on track to play, showing that the Aggies will indeed be facing a Mizzou team at nearly-full strength this week.
Texas A&M's optimism suddenly tamped down as Missouri's injury report apparently set to shrink
Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reports that Green, Banner, and Woodyard are all set to play in this game, which will be a huge relief for Tiger fans— but grim news for the Aggies, who definitely need all the help they can get in this one.

Pete Thamel of ESPN reports that the Tigers' starting edge defenders, Darris Smith and Langden Kitchen, will both be playing against A&M in this game as well; both had been listed as questionable coming into the game.
Missouri safety Santana Banner (undisclosed) is considered a game-time decision, per a source. He's going warm-up and a decision will be made. https://t.co/xJE408ImQo

The game day update of the injury report confirms this from Thamel and Zenitz, as every single player that was listed as questionable or probable for the Tigers has been removed from the list, apparently set to play in this one.

That's not only dismaying for the Aggies, it's a bit questionable on the part of the Tigers. We saw some interesting usage of the report by Lane Kiffin earlier this season, and though Eli Drinkwitz likes to do a bit of trolling from time to time, he doesn't quite have the same reputation as the LSU head coach does.
While that's not an accusation that he was definitively misusing the report, it is odd that not a single player of the seven listed on the report as questionable actually will end up being unavailable for this game. That said, though, just because a player is not listed as "out" on this report does not mean that they are a sure thing to play in the game: we saw that with Jamarion Morrow last week for the Aggies.
In all, though, this means that Texas A&M will indeed have a challenge ahead of them today of a Tigers team at almost full strength. The Aggies need this win, but it was never going to come easy— this development only underlines that fact.
