The college basketball world has gone through a weekend of exciting games, but the main subject of the entire country for the last week has been Charles Bediako's eligibility with Alabama.

The decision for the NCAA to allow Bediako to play college basketball is pretty embarrassing, and it will only allow for the game of college basketball to stoop to more lows. Bediako played in his first game with Tennessee, and it was like he never even left.

He scored 13 points, three rebounds and two blocks in a loss against Tennessee. It's been set by a Tuscaloosa judge that Bediako's playing days will continue, and Texas A&M basketball is the latest victim of this ruling.

Charles Bediako's new ruling means he will suit up to play Texas A&M

We can say we're disappointed, but not surprised. Bediako's last game before another ruling? Well, you guessed it.

Luke Evangelist points out that this might make a difference when the Aggies are gearing up for March Madness. If Alabama wins, and the judge eventually rules that Bediako isn't eligible, is it almost treated as a vacated win?

Every game in SEC play matters, and this may impact Texas A&M's seeding if it goes the wrong way. This is a huge ruling in the SEC, and every team is on high alert.

The vast majority of the fans don't agree with Bediako playing, as it's only going to expose the sport of college basketball to more professional athletes. But it brings up a point that even if it's silly, it's still legal. Should Bucky McMillan bring back professional athletes himself?

Either way, A&M fans need to get ready for one of the more highly anticipated games of the season. With or without Bediako, Nate Oats's Alabama squad will be a tough out.
