Jahdae Walker has become a Texas A&M baseball superfan along with the rest of the Aggie faithful during College World Series run
This has truly been a magical run so far for Texas A&M baseball. We knew this Aggie team would be excellent coming into the year, but they have still transcended expectations so far and are now slated to face off with Tennessee for the College World Series title.
Baseball always has a large share of fans in Aggieland, but with the success of the team this season, the attention has only grown. When you excel in a sport, you catch the attention of everyone on campus—including the athletes from other sports.
Accordingly, a guy who has become one of the loudest supporting voices for this Texas A&M baseball team on campus is receiver Jahdae Walker. Walker, a transfer from Grand Valley State last offseason, quickly became an Aggie favorite with his outspoken personality, big plays, and love for the game—as well as some pretty great dance moves.
Walker has been posting tweets and videos during the Aggie games, showing how dialed in he is to the action up in Omaha. His passion for the team is extremely wholesome, and Aggie fans are loving seeing he and the other players rally around the baseball team as they compete for a national title.
The Aggie football team has some pretty high expectations of their own for this fall, so let’s hope we see the baseball team repaying the favor. Henry Coleman and the basketball team have shown their share of support as well.
It’s one of the awesome things about college sports that we see this kind of mutual support between the different athletes as the seasons go on. These guys are Aggies, through and through. Keep on cheering, Jahdae!
