EA Sports College Football 25 trailer released: Texas A&M football fans and players featured in first look

The universal anticipation for the new EA Sports College Football 25 game is growing to a fever pitch, and Texas A&M football fans are no exception to the hype. Many among the Aggie faithful have been eager for a first look at the game, and even more so for its eventual release.

When will EA Sports College Football 25 be released?

The new EA Sports College Football 25 game is slated for release on July 19 of this year. It will be available on both Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. It is not slated to be released on Steam at this time.

The first trailer for the game just dropped after much anticipation. You can view it in the attached tweet:

Here’s everywhere that you can see the Aggies in the trailer.

At roughly 34 seconds in, you can see a shot of Kyle Field in what appears to be a showdown between Texas A&M football and Alabama. This is our first hint of the newly updated stadium in the game, as the series was discontinued before the renovations were finished in the 2015 season. The overhang on the east side as well as the updated “Home of the 12th Man” sign is visible.

The second glimpse also shows off the stadium. Taken from a reverse angle, you see the west side and new south end zone as the players run out onto the field. Chase Bisontis is the most visible player in this run-out sequence for the Aggies.

The final shot of an Aggie in the trailer is a defensive back (wearing #20, so likely BJ Mayes) chasing an LSU receiver out of bounds around the 1:14 mark. The footage in question comes from a game the two are playing in Baton Rouge.

The game looks great from the footage they’re showing. The animations and graphics look far updated from the previous release, back in 2014, and this will no doubt continue to stoke the anticipation for this long-awaited edition.
