Every Former Texas A&M Football Player in the NFL Playoffs
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: DL DeMarvin Leal, PIT
Leal has struggled in his second season in Pittsburgh, and has only seen 12 games of action so far. There's a fair amount of turmoil in general up in Steeler country, so hopefully this has more to do with that than anything else.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: OL Dan Moore, PIT
Moore has started every single game for the Steelers since they drafted him in the fourth round in 2021. He continues to hold down the left tackle spot, but will be facing quite the challenge against the Buffalo defensive front.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: OL Ryan McCollum, PIT
McCollum, a key piece to the excellent 2020 offensive line, has bounced around the NFL quite a bit. He only appeared in one regular season game for the Steelers this year (week 5 vs. Baltimore), and is currently operating as a backup center in Pittsburgh.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: RB Devon Achane, MIA
The speedster RB out of A&M has taken the league by storm this year, putting up numbers never before seen in the history of the league. Achane is operating in the perfect system for his skill set, and it shows with the highlights he is putting up nearly weekly. He will doubtless play a prominent role against the Chiefs on Saturday night.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: DE Myles Garrett, CLE
A leading candidate for NFL DPOY, Garrett has had another excellent season up in Cleveland. The best defender—and probably best player—on the Browns will have to do some heavy lifting to get his squad a win against a surprising Texans team.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: OL Kenyon Green, HOU
Green was placed on IR before the first game of the season. He was expected to start, but has been unable to contribute due to a shoulder issue.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: LB Tyrel Dodson, BUF
Tyrel has carved out a nice role for himself up in Buffalo, starting in the middle of a solid unit for the Bills. The last available report for him listed him as questionable due to a lingering shoulder injury—hopefully he'll be ready to go for the game on Sunday.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: LB Von Miller, BUF
Another leading pass rusher from the Aggies in the pros, Miller has had a quiet season this year. He's seen inconsistent time after returning from a 2022 ACL tear, and has not been near as productive as he has in years past. Maybe he can dig deep and find something for these playoffs, but the outlook isn't great at the moment.
Texas A&M Football Players in the Playoffs: DL Justin Madubuike, BAL
Madubuike has had a breakout season with the Ravens this year. After a slow first two seasons in Baltimore, he picked it up in 2022, and now has put together a 13-sack season as a key part of the Ravens' defense, good for 9th in the league. Baltimore will be relying heavily on him as they move into the playoffs as a cornerstone of their defense.
