We're beginning to get a much better idea of who some teams are, but some SEC football teams remain shrouded in mystery.

Power ranking the SEC after week 4 - #5: Texas A&M Aggies

The Aggies hold steady here in the top five. They’re another team whose identity is tough to figure out at this point due to all the changes we’ve seen so far, but a game against Arkansas could be illuminating.

The Marcel Reed-Conner Weigman debate rages on among some fans, but it seems to be essentially decided in favor of no. 15. When he gets healthy, he’s no doubt the guy—but he has to get healthy first.

The run game continues to put up huge numbers, but will be tested this weekend. They have now rushed for 250+ yards in three straight weeks and have yet to record a rushing success rate lower than 46%—those are some pretty impressive marks.

The defense is on the verge of being elite, but they’re still prone to give up a busted play every now and then. Fix that, and this is one of the best units in the nation. They’ll need to have their heads on straight against this Bobby Petrino offense this weekend, though.
