There have been close wins and there have been big wins. There have been lucky wins, and unlucky wins. In most cases, though, the Aggies have been decidedly the better team... but there are a few notable exceptions.
So, which of Texas A&M football's wins over Arkansas was the best in this last dozen years? Let's take a look.
Ranking Texas A&M football's wins over Arkansas since joining SEC: 2019 (31-27)
I don’t even think this one was fun for Arkansas fans. It was simply a slog where the worse team was keeping it close on the scoreboard, but it never really felt that they had a realistic shot of winning.
You may not remember this, but Nick Starkel was the quarterback for Arkansas in this game—yes, really. It was a comedy of errors late in the first half when Starkel threw an interception in the Aggie red zone, only for A&M to fumble the ball… which resulted in an Arkansas touchdown anyway.
Even though this one was too close for comfort, it ended up being just one more in a long line of Chad Morris conference losses. Arkansas fans do not remember it fondly, and neither do Aggie fans.
