Dud: Conner Weigman

There have been concerns among Aggie fans regarding Weigman's performance on Saturday, but some opinions on social media could be classified as overreactions.

It's also hard to leave him out of the dud conversation regarding this game.

Weigman finished the night with 100 passing yards and two interceptions. Not exactly a way you want to start out the season.

He didn't give his team too much daylight to look forward to on the last drive when they needed him to be great. He failed to move the ball effectively down the field.

Weigman started out strong and confident on the opening drive of the ballgame. He led his team to a touchdown in the fourth quarter to tie the game. Other than that, there's not much to talk about.

This was a learning experience for Weigman. This was also the biggest game of his life to date, and he will be depended on by his teammates to be better in these situations in the future.
