Texas A&M football fans react to Missouri fans and players dismissing Kyle Field's greatness
Texas A&M football is getting ready for one of their biggest games of the year when Missouri rolls into town on Saturday. This is another chance for the Aggies to knock off of a ranked team—and, according to the latest AP poll, a top-10 team at that.
For their part, Mizzou has not quite resembled what most would associate with such a lofty mark, at least so far this year. They struggled to get by Boston College and Vanderbilt, and beat Buffalo by less than UConn did.
This will be the first game on the road for the Tigers, and Kyle Field's environment will be a tough challenge. The fans will be turning out in droves for this game, no doubt, and it could be a struggle for this Tiger team.
At least, that's how the common wisdom would go. The Tigers themselves, as well as some of their fans, are a little more nonchalant about what that challenge might look like.
Holy Cow! Even MORE Kyle Field disrespect coming from the Missouri side! pic.twitter.com/Ho6iaeNpc3

Those are some pretty bold words from a Missouri fan who might do well to be a little more concerned with how his team might respond in their first road game of the season.
Of course, Brady Cook is a veteran quarterback who has seen a lot of snaps. Here's what he had to say about the stadium noise.
"The noise at practice is actually louder"

Brady Cook with interesting insight on the use of fake noise at practice and how it's different from stadium noise:⬇️@KOMUsports @BenArnetKOMU pic.twitter.com/D4wO8e0Qba
This one got some attention. Even new 12th Man Nana Boadi-Owusu had a message after seeing just how cavalier Cook was being.

I’m hearing some CRAZY disrespect about Kyle Field coming from Missouri.

Wow
They literally do not respect our atmosphere or noise levels at all.
Get the word out. pic.twitter.com/GeoGrijjus
A&M is 4-3 in Columbia, 5-4 in College Station vs Missouri. The Aggies are 5-9 against top 10 competition in Kyle Field since ‘12. 3-1 in the last 4, losing to ND earlier this year. 5 losses by single possession. 4.43 average margin among the 14 games. It’s a tough place to play. https://t.co/VCffDM5dTV

I seem to remember a time when an opposing quarterback had some comments about the crowd noise at Kyle Field. It didn't end too well for him!
Kyle Field is chanting "50 THOUSAND, 50 THOUSAND" at Josh Rosen right now. Do not rile up the 12th Man. pic.twitter.com/04Hrh11BLy

This will add even more fuel to what is already going to be a great game this Saturday at noon. The 12th Man is about to show up big time.
