Texas A&M football has already sold out of season tickets for the 2024 season; Kyle Field ready to be at full capacity
Texas A&M football announced today that they have officially sold out of season tickets for this fall. With the loyalty of the Aggie fanbase, this is no surprise at all, of course.
This is great news for the Aggie football program on several fronts. Thereโs the obvious of maximizing revenue, which is a must in this new world of collegiate athleticsโwith such an unknown future, and possible gigantic future expenditures in the way of a revenue-sharing model possibly coming down the pike, making sure you leverage things like this (or like concerts at Kyle Field!) to the maximum is necessary.
On the football side of things, this is an obvious plus as well. The Aggies have each of their toughest four games all at home this season, and having maximum capacity crowds at each will be vital to ensure the success of the team.
I didnโt have any doubt that Notre Dame, LSU, and Texas would all be well-attended, but Missouri (a sneakily good team this year) could creep up on some people, especially with an early kickoff this year. Hopefully, that game is as loud and as rocking as the other three.
Packed houses week in and week out will help kick off the Mike Elko era in style, of course. Priority number one is making sure the unparalleled environment that is Kyle Field at full power is on display for the week one matchup with the Irish. With College Gameday coming to town, showcasing the full strength of an Aggie home game is a huge deal.
