Texas A&M football has played, but never beaten, these FBS teams
By Sam Fariss
The Texas A&M Aggies have played collegiate football for nearly 130 years and in that time, the Aggies have won 778 games.
Over the thirteen decades of Texas A&M football, there have been a handful of teams that the Aggies can’t quite seem to tackle.
Under 30 different head coaches throughout their history, the Aggies have never defeated these eight teams:
ACC (Atlantic Coast Conference)
The Florida State Seminoles have returned to greatness after a long lapse in successful seasons. The Texas A&M Aggies are still in a slump since joining the SEC. Over the history of both programs, the Seminoles hold the upper hand with an 0-4 overall record against the Aggies.
The most recent matchup between the two teams was on August 31, 1998, when Florida State defeated Texas A&M 23-14.
The only time that Wake Forest and Texas A&M have shared a field was at Duke’s Mayo Bowl in 2017 and the Deacons walked away with the victory.
Wake Forest defeated A&M 55-52 in an absolute thriller of a game.
