Texas A&M football just hit the best punt you'll ever see in a college football game

Texas A&M football has been rolling on offense today. When punter Tyler White was called on for the first time, he delivered in the biggest way possible.

Texas A&M football has been an absolute machine on offense today. The Aggies have mauled the Missouri Tigers so far, en route to a 24-0 halftime lead behind a huge performance from a resurgent Conner Weigman.

Conner started off the day with four straight scoring drives, converting on nearly every single third down they faced and bullying the Tigers up and down the field. With only a few minutes to go before half, however, the Aggies were clearly packing it in for the second half.

On a drive with five called runs and one called pass, the Tigers were playing to defend the rush game and get the ball back. A perfectly placed ball to Noah Thomas converted the first third down of the drive after two stuffed runs, but three runs into a loaded box later, the Aggies brought out the punt team.

The punts have been a bright spot for the Aggies so far this year, without a doubt. Tyler White has been a huge weapon for A&M. But what he did in that moment is something that you will hardly ever see in college football.

The punt bounces at the one, looks like it's going to roll into the end zone, and then scoots right out by the pylon. That's amazing.

Maybe the best part of this is Joe Tessitore going bananas in the booth for the pure punting perfection he just witnessed. The man couldn't handle what he was seeing.

It would be tough to improve on the first half we just saw, and Mike Elko has a penchant for going conservative with a big lead, so I wouldn't be surprised if things end up a little closer than they are right now. But the Aggies currently have it rolling in a big wayโ€”in all three phases.
