Texas A&M football recruiting: Weekend visitor list once again impressing
Texas A&M football recruiting rolls on with another strong visitor list for this weekend
Last weekend's visitor list for Texas A&M football will be tough to top. The Aggies brought a veritable cornucopia of talent to observe practice, meet coaches and players, tour the facilities, and see what all the Aggies have to offer.
Among the luminaries in town last weekend were highly-coveted offensive tackle Michael Fasusi, do-it-all athlete Jonah Williams, and a borderline-five-star defensive back from Cleveland, Trey McNutt. By all accounts, the Aggies have done a great job on these visits, and are well-positioned with each of these prospects—but there is still work to do, as you might expect from any top player.
This weekend, though it may be less replete with top talent, will still feature some top targets and interesting names on campus for the Maroon and White. Two bigtime offensive skill players for the Aggies will be among that number this weekend.

Both of these players rank within the top 150 nationwide and are coveted targets on the offensive side of the ball. As the above tweet mentions, Wilson is a recent decommitment from Oregon, and there was a lot of buzz around he and the Aggies when that decision came down.
Without a doubt, there are more big names yet to crop up or be officially confirmed for this weekend. The work that Mike Elko and company have done since arriving on campus on the recruiting front has been extremely impressive, as they've caught the attention of many of the top names from across the nation.
As the spring wears on and summer rolls around, I expect to see a few huge additions to this class. Those upcoming commitments are set in motion with visit weekends like this one.
