Donald Sloan disappointingly went undrafted in the 2010 NBA Draft and he spent the first few years of his professional career playing in NBA summer and G-leagues.
For the 2011-12 season, Sloan saw some playing time with the Atlanta Hawks before being waived in late January. A similar fate awaited Sloan with the Cleveland Cavaliers the following year.
From 2013-16 he hopped around teams, playing for the Indiana Pacers, Brooklyn Nets, and other minor league teams.
Over five years in the league, Sloan collected 1,189 points, 651 assists, and 455 rebounds.
