The 8 greatest NBA careers in Texas A&M basketball history
By Sam Fariss
Texas A&M fans across the country were disheartened when Alex Caruso went undrafted during the 2016 NBA Draft.
However, just one year later, Caruso got his chance – and boy, what a chance it was – when the Los Angeles Lakers signed him to a two-way contract. Caruso made his NBA debut with the Lakers on Oct. 19 and recorded 2 points, 2 assists, and 1 rebound in his 12 minutes of action.
In 2020, Caruso started for the Lakers in the series-clinching game of the NBA Finals and brought home a ring for Los Angeles.
Caruso currently plays for the Chicago Bulls. He is averaging 10.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game so far this season.
