Three reasons Texas A&M football continues their ascent against Bowling Green

Even though most already had this one chalked up as a win for Texas A&M football coming into the season, it’s looking like Bowling Green may be a bigger challenge than originally anticipated. The Falcons pushed the Penn State Nittany Lions to the brink a couple of weeks ago, and have had a bye to prepare for their trip to Kyle.

Of course, that doesn’t mean the Aggies are necessarily in for a dogfight here. They’re far more talented than the Falcons, and should be able to pull out the win despite the MAC squad’s experience.

Here are three reasons Texas A&M football will dominate the day against BGSU.

3 reasons Texas A&M football coasts to win over BGSU: Aggies know what’s coming

In a different world, this could be an even bigger trap game than it currently is. In what was maybe a lucky stroke for the Aggies, though, the aforementioned game against the Nittany Lions should be a sure reason that no one on this roster has their guard lowered.

If it weren’t for that game, too, the Aggies should know what’s coming down the pike because of one of their own. DL Cashius Howell was maybe the best player for BGSU last year before landing in College Station via the portal. He’s been letting his teammates know the kind of team the Falcons are since he got here.

I don’t think any Aggie player is taking this challenge lightly. Even if they would have with all else being equal, the result up in State College from a couple of weeks ago should ensure that they are locked in.
