Time, channel set for Texas A&M basketball's March Madness showdown with Houston
Texas A&M basketball will face Houston in primetime March Madness matchup: what time do the Aggies play?
Last night's huge win over the Nebraska Cornhuskers was the biggest of Buzz Williams's career with Texas A&M basketball. The Aggies came out firing, answering every Husker bucket early on before stifling them with their trademark defense from late in the first half until garbage time.
The Aggies need to bottle that level of effort and execution, though, as they now face an even bigger matchup in March Madness. The top-seeded Houston Cougars stand between Texas A&M basketball and the Sweet Sixteen.
When does Texas A&M basketball play Houston in March Madness?

This is the biggest mountain the Aggies will have had to climb this season. Of course, they played the Cougars earlier in the year, and it took a late run of unbelievable offense by Wade Taylor to tie things with a few minutes to go, but the Cougars proved to be too much that day.
Since then, a lot has changed. Manny Obaseki has been unlocked for the Aggies. Tyrece Radford missed the initial matchup. Houston has had troubles of their own strike.
Look, this Aggies team isn't afraid of anyone. They've beaten some of the best teams the nation has to offer, and they took this very Cougars team to the wire without one in hostile territory and without one of their best players able to take the floor. There's more than a sliver of a chance here.
The Aggies will have to go out and prove it, though, which is no easy feat. If they pull off the upset, however, the road to—dare I say—a Final Four berth looks eminently navigable. It all comes down to 7:40 PM CT tomorrow. You can bet that the Aggie faithful will show out for this huge game.
