Predicting Texas A&M football's starting lineup - WR: Noah Thomas, Jahdae Walker, Moose Muhammad

I’m going with the incumbents on this one. Thomas, Walker, and Muhammad bring the most returning experience to the wide receiver room, and each has a different set of talents.

Thomas can be your true X receiver out wide, but he also has enough speed to be a burner downfield. His potential is truly extremely exciting, and I expect a big year out of him too, if he can stay healthy.

Walker showed us a lot down the stretch of last season, quickly becoming a fan favorite with his passionate play on the field. While not as tall as Thomas, he still has plus length and can be a playmaker on the outside.

That leaves Muhammad to play the slot, which we have seen a bit of in years past. How often we see him out there seems, to me, to be predicated upon how willing he is to do the little things, namely blocking. If we see increased buy-in from Moose this year, I think we no longer will have to relegate his highlight catches to a select few games in the year.

Other names to watch here include freshman Izaiah Williams, and possibly Terry Bussey if the staff ends up choosing to utilize him on offense. Cyrus Allen, the Louisiana Tech transfer, could make some noise as well.
