Way-too-early SEC QB tier listings: Texas A&M football could boast among SEC's best

SEC QB Tier list: S Tier

This should be pretty easy: if you're the betting favorite to win the Heisman, you're in the S tier. Simple enough!

I can't lie: I didn't think Beck was all that impressive near the beginning of last year, and I didn't make a habit of watching UGA closely except in their big games... of which they had precious few in the regular season. That in mind, I didn't get why everyone was so high on this guy until later in the year; I was of the opinion that he was the beneficiary of the "QB on an extremely skilled team that steamrolls everyone" effect. Not a catchy title, but you know what I mean.

There's a good reason he's been so hyped up, however. He's a legitimate Heisman candidate, and if he can guide the Bulldogs to an undefeated regular season once more, I think it will be hard to deny him the award, given the step up in difficulty UGA will be facing in that slate.
