Will Texas A&M Football Bring Back CB Deuce Harmon?

Deuce, the most recent portal entrant (which was still over a week ago) just completed his third year as part of the Texas A&M football team. In the latter part of the season, he had a starting spot on the defense despite his smaller stature, and acquitted himself well with his play. His diving interception against Mississippi State was a season highlight. He struggled against the length of the LSU receivers, but still did an admirable job all things considered.

Harmon has said publicly that he has not ruled out a return to Texas A&M. Since then, though, we have heard precious little about the corner out of Corinth, TX, either from the Texas A&M football side of things or about him taking visits.

The Aggies have added a portal corner already in Will Lee out of Kansas State and have their eyes set on another in Jermod McCoy, formerly of Oregon State. It's entirely possible that if Deuce may not have a starting spot waiting for him if he decides to withdraw. Now, are the Aggies just covering all their bases, or are they satisfied with the type of attrition they've seen at the corner spot? Tough to say. With all those factors considered, though, I'd rate the prospect of Harmon returning as medium to low.
