Power ranking the SEC after week 10: #5 - Ole Miss

Ole Miss is looking like they’ve returned to early-season form after putting up 63 points on Arkansas, even without Tre Harris. He should be back for the decisive game this weekend against Georgia, which Lane Kiffin is still upset about not being at night.

This is the test for the Rebs. 10-2 with their schedule would be a tough case to make to the committee, but if those 10 wins include a victory over Georgia, it could be a bit easier.

The Rebels’ mettle will be tested, as this is by far their most skilled opponent yet. However, Carson Beck hasn’t looked great in recent games, so turning the Bulldogs over could end up being key in this one.

Kiffin’s offense has struggled to scale against really athletic defenses like Georgia’s, though, so that’s the matchup I’m most interested in seeing. I’ve got the Bulldogs, but it won’t be easy.
