Power ranking the SEC after week four: 1 - Texas A&M

The Aggies were off this week, but there was still a lot to learn. The Aggies have been the talk of college football in a very positive way over the last week ever since their win over Notre Dame, who remained ranked despite being 0-2.

Marcel Reed and this A&M offense look like they may be one of the most explosive units in the entire country through three games. Mario Craver, despite the Aggies being off this week, still leads the country in receiving yardage, which is pretty notable. Three weeks is not a lot of time to build an insurmountable lead that will last through a bye, but his somehow has.

That's not even to mention KC Concepcion, Le'Veon Moss, Amari Niblack, or any of the rest of the dangerous weapons this offense boasts. Looking around the conference at some of the other heralded offensive units, it increasingly appears that this squad could hold their own against any of them.

The defense needs to step up over this upcoming homestand, which starts next weekend with Auburn. If Texas A&M starts playing complementary football over the next few weeks, they could just become favorites to make it to Atlanta in Mike Elko's second year.
