Power ranking the SEC after week 6 - 14: Florida

The Gators actually committed to running the ball, and guess what? It worked!

There are few backs in the conference as good as Jaden Baugh when he gets going, and he was given a chance to make some noise in this game against what was considered an elite defensive front coming into the game. He got his, running up 107 yards on 27 carries.

DJ Lagway still struggled at times, but he made big plays when they were needed. He hit Dallas Wilson for a huge touchdown down the sideline and found several holes in the Texas defense's zone, but there were moments of inaccuracy.

The Gators have a much tougher challenge this week as they head out on the road to College Station. UF has to hope that the magic they found over the bye week will remain and multiply, as Kyle Field at night will be hungry for the home town Aggies to move to 6-0 on the season.
