Six flip targets Texas A&M football is hosting this weekend as Aggies make final push before early signing day

With all the excitement surrounding Texas A&M football's game this weekend, it's easy to forget that the early signing period for football is coming up next week. The Aggies are looking to not only put away the Longhorns this weekend, but put the finishing touches on a stellar first class for Mike Elko.

The Aggies have assembled a solid class so far this year, but they're looking to finish the job with several big names. That includes some early targets that have committed elsewhere.

Pulling off a huge flip or two would go a long way for the Aggies, especially as their own quarterback commit has switched his pledge. Husan Longstreet's defection could be offset somewhat by the Aggies pulling in another quarterback, though.

Here are some big names that will reportedly make their way to College Station this weekend.

Six Texas A&M football flip targets: Jerome Myles - USC WR Commit

Myles is a five-star receiver out of Utah who was initially highly interested in Texas A&M before giving his verbal to Southern Cal. The Aggies have remained in contact, however, and are set to host him this weekend.

A five-star receiver would be just what the Aggies need, as that has become a clear spot where an upgrade is necessary. Myles has a lot of the tools that this A&M roster is missing, so getting a flip would be huge.

It also helps that his high school quarterback, Helaman Casuga, is a pledge to the Aggies in the 2026 class. Having a guy like that in his ear can only be beneficial for A&M.

Will this happen? It's hard to say. Others, including a suddenly scorching-hot Michigan program, are also after Myles. But getting him on campus for a game like this has to help.
