Six Texas A&M football flip targets: Eli Morcos - Tulsa QB commit

This is a really new name for most Texas A&M football fans. For most of the cycle, the Aggies were locked in with Husan Longstreet. His flip to Southern Cal manifested pretty quickly, so the Ags were forced to look around here at the end of the recruiting calendar.

One name that they'll be welcoming into town with designs on flipping is Tulsa commit Eli Morcos. Morcos is a 6'2" QB out of Montgomery, Texas, who is currently ranked as a low three-star prospect.

While he's nothing near the finished product that Longstreet is (and Longstreet himself looked to need a little bit of development), there's some positive traits here that the Aggie coaches feel they can cultivate if they get him on campus. His accuracy is a plus, and he's been productive as a passer in his high school career.

I feel confident that the Ags can pull off a flip if they put on a full-court press on Morcos. Will they do so? We'll have to wait and see.
