Curt Cignetti has done nothing short of the impossible up in Bloomington this year, and it is due in no small part to what Kurtis Rourke has been up to at the quarterback spot. His accuracy has been deadly for the Hoosiers, and it has led to one of the best offenses in the nation.
Rourke himself was a transfer this past offseason, and he will be moving on after this year. Weigman could step right into a high-powered offense—and one that compliments his skills quite well, in my opinion—if he heads to Bloomington.
