Texas A&M baseball cancels midweek matchup with McNeese due to weather concerns

Texas A&M baseball fans will have to wait just a little bit longer to see their beloved Aggies back in action on the diamond.

The Aggies had been scheduled to face off with the McNeese Cowboys tonight in the first midweek game fo the year for Texas A&M baseball. However, due to weather concerns, that game has now been canceled.

No date has been set for the game to be made up, which can be a bellwether that this one may not end up happening when all is said and done. Fans who purchased tickets to this game, according to the press release, will be able to exchange their tickets for another regular season game in the event that this game is not rescheduled.

This is a bummer for Aggie fans, as this baseball team has already brought a lot of joy to College Station in just three games, but if there's a silver lining, it's that all eyes will be on the basketball team's showdown with Mississippi State tonight. No divided attention for this one!

The Aggies will be back in action this weekend in a series against Cal Poly. Hopefully, some of the injuries that the lineup has been dealing with will be healed up— even some of the more minor ones like what Gavin Grahovac has been dealing with can be given a little more time for recovery.
