Texas A&M has been hot on the trail of Ethan "Boobie" Feaster for several years now. Despite the fact that the wide receiver out of DeSoto has reclassified up from 2027 to 2026, meaning that he should just now be finishing his sophomore year of high school, his name has been a known quantity to A&M recruiting enthusiasts for a couple of cycles.
That's pretty understandable, given his pedigree. Feaster was ranked as one of the top players in the class of 2027 before reclassifying, and he is still rated as a top-50 prospect even moving one year up from where he originally was.
Now, with a commitment date set for July 4, Aggie fans are anxiously awaiting to find out whether Feaster will, at long last, make a pledge to the Maroon and White. As the day draws nearer and nearer, the news just keeps getting better for Aggie fans— but it's not over yet.
Elite 2026 WR Ethan "Boobie" Feaster continues to trend towards Texas A&M football commitment
Feaster is being fervently pursued by every school on his list, but the Aggies' longstanding relationship with him is something A&M fans are hoping will pay off. Recruiting experts and insiders are favoring the prospect that it will, as yet another prediction has been made today that Feaster ends up committing to the Maroon and White:

This would be quite the capper for the Aggies' receiver group, as A&M already has one elite pass-catcher committed in Aaron Gregory. Madden Williams and Mike Brown round out a high-potential group that would be a haul every school in the country would envy.
If Feaster does commit, it will be interesting to see how that affects the Aggies' continued pursuit of LSU commit Tristen Keys. Keys is ranked as a top-five player in the nation, and has visited College Station since his commitment, so it's not out of the realm of possibility, but Feaster pledging to A&M could solidify both guys in their verbals.
The Aggies will have to weather Feaster taking an official visit to LSU, who is probably A&M's biggest competition here, after he visits College Station on June 13. If they can make a good showing, they may be able to secure his commitment at that point.
