Texas A&M forward Mackenzie Mgbako will return to Texas A&M next season, he announced on social media 👍
The 6-foot-9 star underwent season-ending foot surgery in December, and has been progressing in his recovery.

This gives the Aggies an extremely athletic forward who can score and rebound with the best of them, adding another major piece to their starting lineup. The two-man game between him and Haggerty, with the former's ability to get downhill and to the basket, will be legendary.
Add in the outside shooting of a guy like Bryson Warren, and this is quickly beginning to look like one of the most lethal offensive combinations that we've seen in Aggieland maybe ever. The potential is through the roof with this group, and Bucky still isn't done through the portal.
We've seen how McMillan made the whole greater than the sum of its parts last season— and now, the parts he's adding look to be even better than before. The ceiling for this team is starting to grow dizzyingly high, and fans are recognizing that.
This is great work by McMillan to lock down one of the most important players for the upcoming year. Texas A&M could be on the verge of a historic basketball season come this fall, and you can bet that Reed will be packed to see it happen.
