Texas A&M football adds three priority 2026 commitments coming off of huge win over LSU
Following an exciting victory over the LSU Tigers, Texas A&M football now stands alone atop the SEC standings. An absolutely electric environment in Kyle Field was the order of the day, as the Aggies rocked some alternate black out uniforms in front of the third-largest crowd in the stadium's history.
As you might expect with a game of this magnitude, the Ags hosted some of the nation's top talent, especially from the 2026 class. This turned out to be a huge move, as the exciting and emphatic victory that A&M rolled up in front of the 108K in attendance made for one of the best in-person experiences you could ask for.
That experience looks like it's already paying off. Yesterday alone, the Aggies added three priority commitments for the 2026 class, setting a foundation for an absolutely enormous run in that cycle.
First, the Ags got a verbal from Georgia WR Aaron Gregory, a five-star talent and the 38th-ranked player in the 247Sports Composite.
Not too long afterwards, the Aggies picked up another commit from Georgia—in fact, from one of Gregory's teammates. Jordan Carter, an edge defender from the class of 2026, made his pledge to the Aggies as well.
Texas A&M football rounded out the day with a commitment from California LB Samu Moala. Moala is a four-star with some big time potential.
All three of these recruits are huge wins over big time programs. But that's not all.
Former FSU WR commit CJ Wiley was in attendance at the Aggies' game last night and promptly decommitted from the Seminoles the following day.
Could the Aggies become a player here? With the way things went last night, I certainly wouldn't count it out.
Further, the Aggies made huge moves with two five-star talents in the 2026 class: OL/DL Lamar Brown and ATH Brandon Arrington, both top-ten players in the upcoming class.
Talk about a fast start to the upcoming junior class! A&M is slated to finish with a top-10 group in 2025, but the 2026 class looks like it could be up there with some of the best to ever come to Aggieland.
