The Texas A&M Aggies donned their icy white uniforms with the scripts on their helmets on the road against Notre Dame, but now, it looks like something else is up the sleeve for the Aggies in the uniform department.

The Aggies haven't been shy to throw out different combinations, and while no one will be on the same level as Oregon (which is actually a good thing), it looks like Texas A&M is teaming up with Adidas for some ultra throwback uniforms that will throw fans for a serious loop.

The retro logo says it all, and the Aggies will be turning the clock back 50 years to their 'trefoil' helmets to meet with the current 12th Man.

Texas A&M drops 'The Trefoil' tease for what will be a rare and special look

According to Robert Behrens, this is a throwback to the old Southwest Conference with the maroon look, white numbers and white stripes on the side.

For the fans that love the 'icy whites,' they shouldn't be disappointed at all with the this throwback look. It's rare that A&M would make the decision to do this, and fans need to be pumped about this one.

This is one of the rare looks that fans should love. The 1998 uniforms are probably the classic, and easy throwback uniforms to go to, but fans should be prepared to cheer for these alleged 70s uniforms. The video describes that the uniforms are 'coming soon,' which could be against Auburn, but that's not official as of yet.

This will obviously look a lot more modern with the SEC logo and the Adidas logo, but the 'trefoils' won't look too bad at all, and the Millennials and Gen Z crowd should be looking forward to what should come.
