Three 2024 SEC games that new Netflix series absolutely has to showcase
There's a reason that everyone says it just means more down in the SEC. The nation's premier football conference (and given how things have gone so far this season, the premier basketball conference as well) had another banner year in 2024 and looks to be in an extremely strong position going forward.
That's why the hype has already begun to build for a new series that Netflix has just announced, following several teams throughout the 2024 SEC season.

Texas A&M football fans get a weekly look at their game with a series like The Pulse, but you have to imagine that the look that this Netflix series will provide is going to have a completely different angle on things.
It has been announced that only 10 of the 16 SEC teams are participating in this year's series, so we won't get a look at games like Georgia-Alabama from the inside. However, there are still a few games that jump to mind that this series absolutely must cover. Here are three.
Three 2024 SEC games that Netflix must cover: Arkansas 19, Tennessee 14
Talk about some high drama in a huge upset. The Hogs hosted the Volunteers, who were coming off of a bye, early on in the season, and pulled off what is one of the more inexplicable results from this season in retrospect.
The Vols, as we all know, are now in the playoff; the Hogs would have missed bowl eligibility had it not been for this win. This is the game that kept the Volunteers out of the SEC championship, when all was said and done.
Everything, from the environment, to Arkansas's quarterback injury, to Tennessee's late-game collapse when it looked like they would pull off the win late— this all makes for incredible theater. I can't wait to see an inside look.
