Three marquee win opportunities left on the schedule for Texas A&M basketball

Even though the Aggies have shown that they cannot sustain the best SEC teams without their leading scorer, a somewhat friendly schedule lies ahead of them for at least a while.

As Texas A&M has shown to be a strong SEC force, they proved that they're not going to win the tough games without their leading scorer. Until Wade Taylor IV comes back from an undisclosed injury, the Aggies are going to just have to rely on toughness and strength to be ahead of their opponent.

The good news for the Aggies is that they will face a stretch of games that are winnable, after facing back-to-back games against top 10 teams that ended in losses. Another good headline: the Aggies' next stretch of tough test won't happen until late February.

Here are the three most important games that Aggie fans need to circle on their calendar from now until the end of the regular season.

3. Texas A&M vs Florida: Mar. 1

This Florida team has been outstanding this season, with their best win by far coming from blowing out a once No. 1 team in Tennessee by 30 points.

The Gators still present a mystery, but they've proven to go nose-to-nose against some of the best teams in the SEC. They put up a show against Kentucky but lost by just six points.

As to where Florida might be come early March, that much is still a mystery, but we'll have a more clear picture by early March as to whether or not the Gators are a top 10 team.

That game will be played in Gainesville with March seedings certainly on the line. This one looks a lot bigger right now than it did in the preseason.
