Texas A&M football is looking to improve to 5-0 this weekend, increasing their stranglehold on a top-6 ranking, as they host the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Jeff Lebby's team has been something of a surprise this year in college football, playing far above what many considered to be their ceiling so far this season.

However, there's a lot to like about the Aggies in this one, as the spread in Vegas continues to inch towards the home team. Now over two touchdowns in many places, the Aggies are clearly considered a heavy favorite at night in Kyle Field this weekend, as they should be.

Here are three reasons Texas A&M walks away with a big victory this weekend.

Why Texas A&M defeats Mississippi State: Bulldogs wilt in first true road test

Mississippi State has had the luxury of playing home games in every contest so far except for their opener. Where did they venture for that first game, you ask? About three hours south to Hattiesburg, to take on the dreaded and feared... University of Southern Mississippi.

As you'd expect, even that counted as a de facto home game for State. This test in Kyle Field will be far different than it was in that game, and I think that ends up playing a huge factor in this game.

With a retooled offensive line (which we'll get to in a moment), I think this spells false start central for the Bulldogs. They're not ready for this environment that they're about to walk into, and that's even more the case with the yearly blackout game in effect. If I was a Mississippi State fan, I'd be really worried about how prepared my team is for this one.
