Three takeaways from Texas A&M's win over Auburn: Le'Veon Moss is back to top form

Against what was one of the top rushing defense in FBS coming into the game, no. 8 for the Aggies had an absolutely banner day running the ball. The Aggies desperately needed for their running game to get going, and it did just that in a huge way.

Texas A&M's only preseason all-SEC selection showed why he was so highly thought of with his play in this game. The Aggies leaned on him time after time, and time after time he delivered.

Moss ended the day averaging 6 yards per carry against a really stout defense. When he ran through contact, he looked like he was playing against a bunch of high schoolers— really impressive stuff from one of A&M's key players on offense.

There was simply no stopping him from Auburn. Moss was too strong and too physical for their front, and he was absolutely key for the Aggies in this victory. This game would have looked far different without him, which makes you think long and hard about when these two teams met in 2024.
