The intensity was there from the very first snap for Texas A&M football yesterday, as the Aggies were intent on leaving Death Valley with a massive win over the Tigers. That's exactly what they got, too, as A&M ended up absolutely throttling the Bayou Bengals in their own house to enter the bye undefeated.

Those watching the game could see the evident disparity between these two teams in how they were approaching the game. The Tigers were attempting to rally their crowd and environment behind them but were clearly fragile, while the Aggies were as locked in as we've ever seen them.

Nothing exemplifies this intensity better than a clip of star Aggie pass rusher Cashius Howell, one that has now gone viral. Howell was lined up across from a true freshman tackle for most of the night, and he was not only physically destroying him, he was clearly in his head, as the clip shows.

Cashius Howell's viral moment shows how different this Texas A&M team actually is

The clip of Howell trash talking even before the snap and into the timeout, as well as the pretty passive response from the LSU tackle, shows that this Texas A&M team really is coming for it all:

Howell wasn't content to just win this matchup physically against this true freshman. The star defensive lineman for the Aggies wanted to break his opponent mentally as well— and he did it to him while in the confines of a road stadium.

The Aggies are a tough-nosed bunch this year that has gone about their business the right way, but you can see that they also have a killer mentality when they're on the field. They've become ruthlessly efficient, absolutely dispatching teams with a cold and calculated manner while also letting them know about it.

This what culture means. No matter the opponent, no matter the game situation, no matter the matchup, you bring this kind of edge to the game and let them know how things are going to be. Howell embodies it here, and the Aggies as a whole this season are showing it in spades.
