Way-too-early 2025 SEC record predictions: Texas A&M

I think the Aggies can take a huge step forward this year. With the way the schedule sets up, the first half of the season will turn on their road game at Notre Dame, after which they could start 6-0.

The back to back conference road game bug bites the Aggies as well, thoughโ€” but instead of Lexington and Starkville, they go to Fayetteville and Baton Rouge. That's quite a bit tougher.

Because of that, I have them dropping the game to LSU. A bye comes before a trip to Missouri, and then they close against South Carolina and Samford at home before heading down to Austin. If they can close out and win the rivalry game on the road, they'll be not only in contention for the playoff, but the SEC title game as well.

PREDICTION: 11-1 (7-1)
