Where has every Texas A&M football transfer ended up in 2024 transfer portal cycle?
Unlike previous years, the 2024 transfer portal for Texas A&M football has mostly been positive attrition. Most of the players that the Aggies have lost so far have been ones who played sparingly, if at all.
That said, there are a few guys who A&M would have rather kept that are headed out the door. Even though those are few in number, they are still significant.
So who is reaping the benefits of A&M's portal losses? Where have these players ended up? Let's take a look.
Texas A&M football transfer portal departures: Akinola Ogunbiyi - Colorado
The former Texas A&M football offensive lineman is making his way to Boulder to team up with Deion Sanders and company. The Buffalo offensive line has been a bit of an issue over Deion's first few years, so Ogunbiyi's physical maturity and SEC experience will be welcome.
That said, there's not a huge amount of that experience. Ogunbiyi has a few starts under his belt— including one, interestingly, in 2021 at Colorado— but he hasn't featured prominently for the Aggies for a few years now.
Can he break into the rotation for the Buffs? I wouldn't be surprised to see it. Hopefully, this is a good landing spot for him and he makes some noise in Boulder.
