No. 2 – Make Kyle great again

It’s the first night game of the season. The first SEC game at Kyle Field this year, and it will probably be rocking. Getting the 12th Man involved early and often will help this team beat South Carolina. Even Kevin Sumlin, fully aware of the comments Will Muschamp had about College Station, wants the Aggie faithful to give the Gamecocks a “College Station welcome.” The best way to do this is by sacks, explosive plays, and overall good play.

Kyle Field used to be an intimidating place to play, but that has fallen off in recent years. Intimidation shows up on the statsheet in penalties like delay of game and false starts, and a young team like these Aggies can build off the energy in the stadium. Forcing South Carolina into a few mistakes due to the noise level and atmosphere surrounding them will go a long way into making them feel very unwelcome.

The goal is simple, and the team can’t do much about it, it’s on the 12th Man to make life difficult for the Garnet and Black. Three penalties caused by crowd noise will prove that the Aggie faithful had a large part in the outcome of the contest.
