2. Henry To’oto’o

The Aggies did not sign a true linebacker in the 2018 class. Brian Johnson, one of the three commits from Manvel High School, will slide in at the rover position, but they didn’t get any of their pure linebacker targets. With the likelihood of Otaro Alaka and Tyrel Dodson being drafted in 2019, the Ags will, of course, need more linebackers to step up and fill the holes. Anthony Hines III will be there but who else could the Aggies add? Meet Henry Moses Ito Iese To’oto’o.

Henry attends De La Salle High School in Concord, California and he’s a pretty darn good football player if I do say so myself. The number two outside linebacker in the nation stands at 6-foot-2 and tips the scale at 210 pounds. Again, here is a kid with some size who’s only going to get bigger. A 5-star recruit by 247sports, Henry flies downfield and gobbles up ball carriers all day long and it’s more than fun to watch!

To’oto’o wasn’t offered by A&M until recently. So, if you go and look him up, you may not find much about him being interested in the Aggies. However, if you remember National Signing Day this year, there’s no telling what Jimbo Fisher can accomplish.

If the Aggies can land another 5-star recruit, plus Grant Gunnell, then that would give them lots of talent in the 2019 class. I don’t know much about this kid with a crazy long name, but one thing I do know is that he can play some ball. Keep this guy on your radar, folks. If he comes to Aggieland, it’s going to be a fun three to four years.
