Tennessee has been blown out by every decent opponent they faced except Auburn, who is having their struggles this season offensively. The Gamecocks have more weapons than Auburn and know how to use them. This one could be a shootout.

I would be lying if I said I’ve been keeping up with either of these teams this season. I don’t even think their own fanbases have been following these teams all that closely. Nevertheless, a pick must be made! I will pick Tennessee to win on the road for the simple fact that they have a more impressive win this season (defeated Auburn on the road in Week 7), but South Carolina will keep it close enough to cover.

South Carolina has a solid defense, so I expect them to be able to contain Tennessee’s run game. While South Carolina has had some recent offensive struggles, I think their backup quarterback will play and have a breakout performance, boosting South Carolina to the win.
