Texas A&M Football opponent No. 10: Ole Miss Rebels

The Ole Miss Rebels could prove to be one of the sneakier opponents on the Aggies’ 2021 Football schedule. Lane Kiffin is one of the best offensive minds in college football and he proved that in 2020, giving Ole Miss 3rd-best offense in the country in terms of total offense.

They’ll return their starting quarterback in Matt Corrall and will look to create another prolific offense. In all likelihood, this will cause some issues for an Aggies team that won’t see an offense better than this Rebels unit all year long.

That said, the Aggies have won both matchups against Ole Miss with Jimbo Fisher as head coach, and neither of those games came in the 2020 season. If they could beat the Rebels back then, they should be able to win convincingly in 2021.

That said, Lane Kiffin’s high-powered offense could cause some issues, so this could be a game that puts the Aggies on upset alert. Regardless, there isn’t enough defense to match to turn this into a real concern. The Aggies should win this game.

Prediction: Win, 9-1
