The Texas A&M football team welcomes a group of extremely underrated freshmen

Ish Harris, 4-star LB: Ish Harris is one of the more underrated players in this class — while he’s a top-400 player, he’s the fourth-lowest rated player heading to College Station in 2022. That said, if you put the bias of this elite class aside, Harris is an elite prospect. He had an impressive offer sheet and at 6’3″, he’ll need some time to grow into his frame. That said, he could be a huge four-year impact player.

Jarred Kerr, 4-star WR/S: Kerr’s biggest asset is that he can play all over the field. The Aggie enrollee is a true athlete who can play wide receiver or safety — heck, you could probably line him up at runningback or linebacker if you wanted to. He’ll be feeling out his fit with the Texas A&M football team in 2022.

Bobby Taylor, 4-star CB: Taylor is a top-160 prospect and a huge contributing factor toward the Aggies’ record-breaking 2022 class. Taylor will benefit from learning behind an experienced secondary before he gets his opportunity. That said, when he does, he’ll capitalize — his heart is in it for this Aggie football team and he was one of the best players in the country at his position.

Marquis Groves-Killebrew, 4-star CB: If you were worried about the cornerback position being thin, as it was in the 2021 season, worry no longer. Bobby Taylor will be joined by incoming freshman Marquis Groves-Killebrew in his freshman season. MGK is a top-15 corner in his class and could have an immediate impact.
