Oh yeah, Aggie fans, get excited! A top-5 recruit could flip to College Station. That recruit is Las Vegas product Zachariah Branch. Branch is ranked as the No. 5 player in the country, the No. 1 receiver, and the No. 1 player in Nevada.

The 5’10, 172-pound pass-catcher is an elite football prospect as well as a track star. He competes and dominates in the triple jump, long jump, and 100 meters. Branch is a Tyreek Hill-like talent and has had a ton of success at the high school level, starting all three years on varsity and a state championship under his belt.

The elite receiver prospect took an official visit to Texas A&M in late June and also reportedly attended the pool party as well. Those two bits of information are enough for me to believe there is a fighting chance for the top receiver in the nation. There also may be a good chance to land one of his future teammates.
