Bucky McMillan pulls off another notable steal in transfer portal from NC State

Bucky McMillan has done what some teams have failed to do: win in the transfer portal.

After Buzz Williams built a group of veterans to some of Texas A&M basketball's best days, McMillan is continuing what Williams helped build for the last five years. While Buzz didn't necessarily have much to find in the transfer portal throughout his years, Bucky is making college basketball fun again in College Station. With former 5-star player and former Hoosier McKenzie Mgbako joining the team, Aggie fans were well aware that Bucky wasn't done making moves just yet.

After the addition of NC State guard Marcus Hill, it seems like Bucky isn't done slowing down just yet, and he seems pretty close to having a full team.

Hill provides much needed veteran experience to Texas A&M basketball

Hill has established himself as an extremely talented dribble driver. However, his three-point shooting isn't his strongest subject: the former Wolfpack player was only shooting 21 percent from downtown last season. Wade Taylor IV was the guy who would take crazy three-point shots like it was nothing. Hill is a vastly different player than Taylor IV, but Hill's production is just as strong.

This is another great addition to continue filling out A&M's roster at the guard spots. Hill's high-energy play fits Bucky Ball perfectly, and he'll be a welcome addition to a team that is losing huge contributors like Taylor to eligibility and Pharrell Payne to the transfer portal. The Aggies' basketball team for next year is looking stronger than ever with this addition.
