The 12th Man has added another victim of the deafening noise at Kyle Field to their lengthy list— a victim called Hugh Freeze. The Auburn offense couldn't get anything going on offense a couple of weeks ago, especially on third downs when the Tigers went 0/12.
Most might say it was incredible defense, but some might say it was the 12th Man. There's not really a wrong answer there, but let's just say, it was enough to affect Freeze to mention how the 12th Man got to him, a lot.
Freeze has been a veteran coach for a long time in college football, and his words should pump up every Aggie fan for how they directly affected the Tigers in that slugfest win.
Auburn's Hugh Freeze says Kyle Field was one of his 'worst experiences'
Hugh Freeze on Texas A&M:

“It was one of my worst experiences of my coaching career, offensively.”
In a way, fans should feel for Freeze. He had to deal with some awful calls that went against him in the Oklahoma game in Norman. Then, he has to forget all of that and go on the road to College Station and lose on his birthday. It was back-to-back brutal weeks for the Tigers, no doubt about it.
Freeze is not wrong though. College Station is a place that teams hate going to, and it's truly one of the few places where fans can cause penalties just for being rowdy. It's even worse when teams are inside their own 10-yard-line, and when the quarterback can't even hear his own snap count, that's how we know the road team is irritated.
Freeze wasn't the only victim over the past two weeks, as Mississippi State did awful on third down too, and went 1/13. Not that much better than Auburn, but it shows the Aggies defense has been killing it thanks to the help of the 12th Man.
Texas A&M fans and Hugh Freeze won't agree on much, but this is one where Aggies fans will agree vehemently on him with.
