Sunk: Amari Daniels
The running room for the Aggies has gotten clearer since the beginning of the season.
Daniels was barely involved in what was another successful run game.
He got nine carries and 14 yards in the game. It's clear that Le'Veon Moss has been the trusted guy in the backfield.
Before the season, Daniels was looked at as a potential featured back on the team. He hasn't been too active in the season. Not only that, but Marcel Reed has been responsible for more of those carries. Reed has been opening up more opportunities on offense to limit some of Daniels' touches.
Moss has been the more active back in the picture. He's responsible for 13 carries and 117 rushing yards against Arkansas.
They do say: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Shined: Noah Thomas
Aggie fans have been waiting for this.
This was Thomas's coming out party with six grabs, 109 yards and a touchdown.
The Aggies have tried to get Thomas working on offense, with rushing attempts and short passes, but they haven't been too effective.
Thomas was able to get some nice reps, and they sure paid off.
The Aggies will need that down the stretch with either Conner Weigman or Reed.
It's possible that at this point, he has more chemistry with Reed compared to Weigman.
It's up to the coaching staff on when Weigman will get back in the game.
Shined: Kolinu'u Faaiu
Moss broke free on an important crucial run in the fourth quarter.
The reason why: Kolinu'u Faaiu.
Sometimes with backup centers, you never know what to expect. Whether it'd be high snaps, low snaps, or snap infractions, we've seen backup centers in tough spots before.
Faaiu didn't fold. He was calm and collected himself well. With the offensive line already vulnerable because of Mark Nabou out for the year, they needed their offensive line to make room in this game.
This was an impressive game for the offensive line in general, but Faaiu pulling and throwing a key block for a long run by Moss in the fourth quarter gets him a stud for this one.
