The Texas A&M Aggies basketball team are coming off an exciting weekend by pummeling the Texas Longhorns in College Station.
In an already chaotic SEC conference, the week has been filled with surprises, and with an injury to Wade Taylor IV, nothing is guaranteed for Buzz Williams and his squad, but there's no doubt that they'll be ready.

He was seen on TV on the sidelines with a pad near his lower body against the Horns. He was able to check back in late in the second half as a sign of hope, but it's a bad sign that the training staff is now ruling him out ahead of this ranked matchup.

Taylor is leading the team in scoring this season, so Manny Obaseki will have to provide some good minutes against a solid Sooner team.
As for the Sooners, they are coming off a fairly light schedule from non-conference play and got smoked against the Alabama Crimson Tide, one of the best teams in the land.
Williams has plenty of depth to work with without Taylor IV in the lineup, but the key should be to continue to rebound the basketball and play pressure defense.
This is arguably the best depth that Williams has had since joining Texas A&M. He came into this season prepared for this issue, so not having Taylor IV may not be a significant problem against the Sooners.
Against Tennessee, Auburn or Alabama would be a different story, but the Aggies will hopefully be ready to play without their star tomorrow night. Going forward, though, hopefully Taylor IV is ready sooner rather than later.
