Texas A&M basketball has quite the resume in what might be their best season of all-time after Wade Taylor IV's cold blooded shot that won the game against Missouri.

Missouri, being the number 15 team in the country, deserved a lot of attention from the Aggies going into this contest, but it was toughness that led the Aggies to another amazing victory.

Texas A&M head coach Buzz Williams has emphasized toughness and defense to his roster and that has come through in many ways this season, but Aggie fans have seen the rise of offensive talents helping out to balance out both sides of the basketball.

The rest of the SEC just got a reality check in terms of how good this Texas A&M basketball team actually is.

Texas A&M basketball's resume is completely underrated

The Aggies have an identity to work with in their road to a March Madness team, and it doesn't take long to realize it.

The tough rebounding and second chance opportunites will give the Aggies a chance to win any night. It was also the Aggies defense limiting a trending Tiger team to just 24 percent from beyond the arc, which— in this day and age— probably won't work if you want to win ball games. The Tigers were trending in a great direction from deep, and the Ags competely shut that down.

The Aggies have guys that don't want to be the star, but instead do the dirty work to pay off in the long run. Henry Coleman III scored six points and got 16 rebounds, a great resume that even stacks up against players like the great Johni Broome.

The number two seed prediction won't matter now as much as it would in March, but the fact is, Texas A&M basketball has deserved a shot at the two seed pending what happens in their chances at marquee wins against the SEC's best remaining this season.
