The Texas A&M Aggies still have one more day to circle on their football calendar.

It was announced that the Aggies will play the USC Trojans in the Vegas Bowl before the end of 2024.

But even before that, there's still some honors and awards to hand out.

Texas A&M football recognized with five All-SEC players

Nic Scourton, Le'Veon Moss, Will Lee III, Trey Zuhn III and Shemar Stewart were all recognized with All-SEC accolades following the conclusion of the 2024 regular season.

Scourton led the team with first-team honors. Lee III and Moss were second-team honors. Zuhn III and Stewart were named to third-team honors.

Seeing Moss on the list is just another way of Aggie fans asking what could've been had he stayed healthy.

Obviously, the running game was still respected with Amari Daniels leading the way. but Moss and the offensive line had much more consistency before his injury. Moss ranked third in rushing yards per game and in rushing touchdowns before his season-ending injury. This was his strongest year as an Aggie, and hopefully can produce more very soon.

For Scourton and Stewart, this is no surprise. If NFL general managers play their cards right, these two guys will likely be taken off the board in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. They both kept the Aggie run defense in check, and Scourton as a pass rusher should make any team happy early on draft night.

Lee III is the Aggies' top cornerback. He made that very clear beginning with Luther Burden against Missouri. Lee III is an asset any SEC team would love to have. Thankfully, he's an Aggie, and he's going to stay an Aggie to up his draft stock and hopefully receive more SEC awards in the near future.

Zuhn III was the anchor up front. When Mark Nabou Jr. went down early in the year, it was up to Zuhn III to fully lead his group. He started every game this season at left tackle and helped the Aggie rushing attack to second in the SEC.
